UNLOADING OF GOODS
Unloading of goods – in Nova Trading as well as in Nova Metale is based on NOTIFICATION / DOCK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.

The time of goods unloading is always determined by notification.
Depending on the product range, the unloading procedures are held:
NOVA TRADING / TORUŃ – sheets: 7.00-13.00
NOVA TRADING / TORUŃ – coils: 6.00-13.00, 15.00-20.00
NOVA METALE / OSTASZEWO – long products: 6.00-12.00
NOVA METALE / OSTASZEWO – sheets and coils: 7.00-13.00; 17.00-20.00

CUSTOMER PICKUP OF ORDERED PRODUCTS
Clients may collect goods from Nova Trading and Nova Metale warehouses by their own transport from Monday to Friday between 7.30 and 12.00.
When reporting self-collection, the customer must provide the name and surname of the driver and the registration number of the vehicle.
The vehicle should be adapted for forklift / crane loading.
There is no possibility of manual loading.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR DRIVERS
NOVA TRADING:
It is possible to leave the truck at Nova Trading car park in Torun at night - but only on weekdays.
Social facilities: in the bathroom available for drivers there is also a shower.
NOVA METALE:
It is not possible to leave the truck at Nova Metale car park after 22.00.
Social facilities: in the bathroom available for drivers there is no shower.
