Today, we had the pleasure of participating in a debate on ESG at the Faculty of Economics and Management at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. The meeting was organized by the Eduprojektor Foundation and the Business Support Center in Toruń as part of the "Responsible Business in Toruń: CSR and ESG Academy 2023" initiative.

The event provided an excellent opportunity to share the knowledge of Toruń-based businesses regarding the ESG reporting obligations that await both large and medium-sized as well as small enterprises in the near future. We endeavored to address questions such as how the implementation of ESG will impact the functioning of companies and indirectly affect consumers, and how to educate staff in light of the new needs of the business, among other topics. An interesting discussion unfolded as each panel participant brought forth different experiences and perspectives related to ESG.

One thing is certain – a revolution awaits entrepreneurs in the coming years. As is typical with changes, they bring both risks and opportunities. To turn this change into an opportunity, adequate preparation is necessary.
